Warranty Vechnology warrants PARTS ONLY of all types of VE Brand vending machines. The warranty protects only against manufacturing and workmanship defects during the first 12 MONTHS period after vending machine release for delivery. You may receive parts replacement and video guidance on how to replace the parts. No On-Site Services provided for warranty claim. Vechnology technical careline is available for break-down analysis and solutions from 10 am to 6 pm. Replacement parts will be claimed through courier services or self-collect.

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website.
Recurring Payment (only available for lease-To-Own Program) Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization procedure before fulfilling the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Billing (only available for lease-To-Own Program) We use a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to bill you through a payment account linked to your Account on the Services (your “Billing Account”) for use of the Paid Services. Auto-debit tied to a nominated bank account or the credit card of your choice will be set up upon service subscription for monthly fee payment.
Non-payment of Recurring Payment (only available for lease-To-Own Program) In the event, the customer defaults in monthly payments for a period of more than seven (7) consecutive days from the payment due date, Vechnology shall cease to provide services under the Agreement to the Customer with immediate effect and become reserves the right to take whatever action deemed appropriate and necessary including reporting the defaulter to CTOS/RAM Credit Information and initiating legal proceedings towards the recovery of the debt and any other damages applicable. The customer’s machines will be subject to (i) VECloud account restricted, (ii) vending machines system suspension, and (iii) machine’s transactions on hold. Vechnology may without prejudice to any of its rights and remedies under this Agreement charge an overdue interest of 2% p.a., charged for each day of overdue on the payment in arrears. Late payment fee may be charged only once per each late payment.
Delivery Lead Time 14-week lead time for the process of Goods manufactured after a deposit is made by customers. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximated only and delays may occur.
Logistic Arrangement Vechnology does not own any transportation. Vechnology outsources to a trusted logistics partner for the delivery of goods to clients’ sites. However, Vechnology’s clients are allowed to use their own logistics partner.
Delivery Charges The price of Goods stated on Vechnology’s platform does not include delivery charges. The cost of delivery varies according to the destination.

Cancellation and Returns
Order cancellation is only valid within 24 hours of making payment on the Platform. Any cancellation after 24 hours will not be accepted.
All Goods are non-refundable if the Goods have already been dispatched. Installation of the Goods will be assisted by Vechnology’s operation team and the procedure will only be conducted in the presence of the client.
