Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Under the Vechnology “Buy, Refer & Earn” Referral Program, customers of Vechnology who have already purchased Vechnology branded vending machine(s) (translated as the “Referrer”) are invited to earn Referral Rewards by inviting new and prospective customers: translated as the “Referees” (as described below) to purchase Vechnology branded vending machine(s). The following Vechnology “Buy, Refer & Earn” Referral Program Terms apply to the Referrers and Referees (together referred to as the “Participants”) participating in the Vechnology “Buy, Refer & Earn” Referral Program.
1. Program Overview
Vechnology “Buy, Refer & Earn” referral program is intended to reward the Vechnology’s existing customers who are recognised as the “Referrer” to introduce the business opportunity to their friends and family. The “Buy, Refer & Earn” referral program can be introduced either via online or via offline: such as in person.
2. Definitions
1.1 “Qualified Referrer” means someone who meets all of the following conditions:
(a) Valid to Vechnology’s customers who have purchased at least one (1) unit vending machine from the timeline since Jan 2017.
(c) Not valid to those customers who rent or lease Vechnology’s vending machine from the timeline since Jan 2017.
(d) Each referrer must be at least 18 years old and above.
1.2 “Qualified Referee” means someone who meets all of the following condition:
(a) New customers who have never purchased any vending machine from Vechnology since Jan 2017, and may have gotten referred by existing customers of Vechnology.
3. Referral Reward
The Referral Reward can be earned as following situations:
(a) Situation A – Vechnology existing customer described as “Referrer”, refers a referee.
i. Refer a referee to Vechnology.
ii. The referrer is entitled to receive RM 500 per number of referee, when a successful transaction is done with deposit by the referee.
iii. There is no limitation on the number of referees the referrer can refer to, so long as both parties meet the program’s terms and conditions.
(b) Situation B – Purchase Vechnology’s vending machine(s) during the period of marketing campaign.
Each new customer get the chance to play a role as “Qualified Referrer” to refer another referee for Vechnology if he/she meet the following criterias:
i. Buy at least one (1) vending machine of Vechnology.
ii. Paid full payment on his/her own purchase vending machine.
iv. The referrer is entitled to receive RM 500 per number of referee, only when a successful transaction is made with deposit by the referee.
v. There is no limitation on the number of referees the referrer can refer to, so long as both parties meet the program’s terms and conditions.
4. The Payment
Referral reward will be credited in 14 days after the deal was sealed completely with the deposit made by the referee to Vechnology.
5. Eligibility
Participants, meaning The Referrer and The Referee, must be Malaysian, 18 years of age and older. Staff members of Vechnology are excluded from participation.
6. Termination and Disqualification
(a) Vechnology reserves the right to terminate the referrer’s ability to participate in this program at any time for any reason if do not comply with the terms and conditions stated, eg: eligible activities such as fraudulent.
(b) Vechnology reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion with or without notice.
(c) Vechnology reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program with or without notice.
