Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order cancellation is only valid within 24 hours of making payment on the Platform. Any cancellation after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Kindly email your inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Product Cancellation”, providing us a valid cancellation reason and additional feedback. We will assist you as quickly as possible. However, any cancellation will be charged 5% per transaction.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your order cancellation. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of refund processing days. Please note that you will only be refunded the paid price of your item after the deduction of 5% cancellation fees.
Coupon Applied & Refund
If you have applied any coupons, you will only be refunded the paid price for your item which not include the amount from the used voucher for your cancellation or return.
All Goods are non-refundable if the Goods have already been dispatched. Installation of the Goods will be assisted by Vechnology’s operation team and the procedure will only be conducted in the presence of the client. In case any defective and/or damaged Goods caused during delivery, please attach to your inquiry any picture(s) of your item(s) and its condition and your order details for record purposes. Please contact Vechnology’s operation team for clarification and to expedite the process of warranty claims.
